Description
Our client is an international financial group, looking to hire a talented Admin Support for a 12-month contract


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)


Responsibilities:

Daily office operations management
Administrative support to Business Development Team
Reception duties
Assisting in managing calendars
Coordinating travel plans (i.e. hotels, transportation & tickets) for local teams and traveling teams.
Coordinating with service providers.
Archiving and filing of invoices
Preparing and assisting payments


Location:

DIFC

Timings:
Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
