Job Description:
Fragrance Evaluator

Detecting and understanding olfactive trends in Middle East and the needs in order to translate into fragrances solutions.

Prepare olfactory summaries of the region/market and customers for knowledge
- building and sharing.

Be the creative representative in SEA, working closely with the teams in Dubai & France.

Knowledge of technical and regulatory matters and issues related to the Fragrance métier

Strong competitive insights; recognize market trends.

Always looking for an Innovative approach to solving complex problems.

Goal oriented, and have an entrepreneurial outlook - with positive attitude

Capable to build a high performance team in the zone and cultivates individual talent

Good presentation skills (PowerPoint and/or other) to support fragrance strategy, insights and consumer tests.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry or related field or equivalent experience.

Prior experience in fragrance evaluator or related field preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Experience : 2-5 years
