    About You:
    You're a senior-level engineer with a wide-ranging technical toolkit and a passion for solving real-world problems. You've built and shipped products, explored new technologies, and know how to deliver under pressure. You're client-savvy—able to lead conversations, uncover needs, manage stakeholders, and translate business goals into technical outcomes. You know how to thrive in fast-paced environments where agility, creativity, and initiative are essential.


    What You'll Do:

    • Architect and build scalable, innovative software solutions—internally and for clients
    • Lead engagements with clients, acting as both a trusted advisor and technical owner
    • Rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate solutions using modern technologies
    • Balance shortterm deliverables with longterm vision for scalable systems
    • Work across crossfunctional teams to align product goals, timelines, and execution
    • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to growing a culture of technical excellence

    Our Core Tech Stack:

    • Backend: C# / .NET Core
    • Frontend: React /
    • Database: MSSQL, Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB
    • Cloud: Azure or Google
    • Dev Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker

    Minimum Requirements:

    • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
    • Expertise with C# and .NET Core, including building APIs and backend systems
    • Proficiency in React and/or for modern frontend development
    • Experience working with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
    • Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable owning technical delivery in client settings
    • A passion for learning and working with emerging technologies
    • Ability to work independently in fastpaced, dynamic environments

    Bonus Points For:

    • Prior consulting, agency, or clientfacing experience
    • Experience designing cloudnative architectures and using infrastructureascode tools
    • Opensource contributions or published technical content
    • Familiarity with data science workflows or machine learning integration
