    Description

    Position Overview:

    A salesforce consultant will be responsible forall the stages of the SDLC including requirements gathering,architecture design, implementation, modeling, data acquisition,creating the reporting layer, support and maintenance.

    This is a consulting role and the candidate will work withour clients on-site. These client assignments last a minimum of 6-8months and go up to 2-3 years. We have a lot of Fortune 500 clientsthat look to us to solve their staffing needs. Our career advisorsand account managers will present your profile to all the clientprojects that fit your skill set.

    Availability to relocate to any city within the UnitedStates for a period of at least 6 months is required.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Responsible for the overall design of asolution, he/she is also responsible for writing a technical spec(for custom development, system integration etc.) jointly with thetechnical lead.
    • Effective architecture (ETLProcess, Analytical Process, Reporting)
    • Consult with solution project teams to developa solution design which is compliant with the architecture andstandards of the client.
    • Establish andmaintain the architecture and standard technology products toenable consistent, reusable and efficient practices.
    • Establish and maintain the applicationdevelopment environment standards (including project management andsolution delivery methods/tools/technology) for global use toenable consistent, reusable and efficient practices within the ITfunction (covers full development life cycle of analysis, design,development, testing, training or delivery).
    • Effective Application Design (reusable,flexible, expandable, compliant)
    • Design andcomply with quality and robust solutions that provide absoluteminimal disruption to production systems and solve high risk items.
    • Effective development (high quality, accordingto the enterprise standards, low cost components deliveredaccording to plan)
    • Experience in Agilemethodologies
    • Team leader and technologyadvisor.
    • Should keep updated with the new ITtrends and in the technology releases.

    Skills:

    • One or more current Salesforce certifications(Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2,App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud), multiple certifications highlypreferred
    • Salesforce Technical Architectcertification is preferred
    • Knowledge ofSalesforce Best Practices using Apex and Visualforce
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns
    • Multiple Salesforce Project deploymentsincluding release and environment management
    • Extensive Java Development experience.
    • Experience building web-based applications aswell as web service APIs SOAP, REST, etc.
    • Familiarity with: VisualForce, Apex and Java
    • Knowledge on Data modeling, data mining anddata processing
    • Strong written and oralcommunication skills
    • Strong critical andanalytical thinking, and problem solving abilities

    Related Work Experience:

    • 3 - 5 years of work experience in IT orrelevant related field, with specific experience in Salesforce andMobile app related activity.
    • Experience inarchitecture, design, development, testing and implementation overmultiple technologies, geographic locations, size and scale ofprojects.
    • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
    • Availability to traveland live in the U.S.

    Education Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, ComputerEngineering, MIS or related field
