    Description
    Nous recherchons actuellement un Ing nieur HSE dans le cadre dun projet de construction dune nouvelle unit de production dhydrog ne (SMR) situ e sur la plateforme p trochimique de Donges (44) et exploit e partir dune unit Montoir de Bretagne (44).

    Vous assurez le support aux entit s op rationnelles sur les sites et dans les domaines qui vous sont affect Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

    • Piloter la r alisation d actions d finies dans le programme s curit national en mode projet et de fa on transverse sur la r gion, (exemple : outil de gestion du risque chimique, d ploiement EIS)
    • S assurer de la conformit r glementaire l gale et interne sur les sites dont vous serez le r f rent, proposer et coordonner les plans de mise en conformit
    • Participer aux Analyses de Risques d Accident (ARA), l laboration et la r vision des tudes de danger / Rapport de s curit
    • tre garant du respect des exigences Ma trise des Risques dans la gestion des modifications et des projets
    • Pr parer les diff rents audits internes/externes et inspections des autorit s, y participer, consolider et suivre les plans d actions qui en d coulent
    • Favoriser l am lioration permanente en mati re de S curit Industrielle, animer le Syst me de Management et entra ner l appropriation des actions par les acteurs op rationnels :
      • pertinence des plans de pr vention / protocoles de s curit
      • analyse des incidents et accidents
      • application des r gles s curit
      • r alisation d audits et contr les
      • ad quation des formations / habilitations li es aux m tiers
      • animation s curit des prestataires/fournisseurs et valuation
      • mise jour de l analyse des risques aux postes de travail et des analyses environnementales
      • laboration des Plans d Urgence et organisation des exercices
      • suivi des plans d actions
    • Accompagner les op rationnels pour la ma trise du syst me de management (revues op rationnelles, comit s de pilotage) et s assurer que les principes de la gestion documentaire sont appliqu s et favoriser leur approbation
    • Contribuer la robustesse de la mise en uvre des exigences s curit , ad quation des formations / habilitations, gestion des modifications, proc dures s curit
    • Garant de l exhaustivit , des analyses accidents / incidents, de la qualit des dossiers de suivi des v nements s curit , veiller l avancement puis la cl ture des plans d actions
    • Assister les responsables de site dans le d ploiement de la d marche s ret .
    • Des d placements r guliers sur le site de Donges sont pr voir (4 6 fois par mois)


    Requirements

    • Formation d ing nieur ou ayant une exp rience dans le domaine HSE id alement dans le domaine industriel et sur site
    • Connaissance des r f rentiels normatifs de l industrie et des techniques d audit et du r f rentiel MASE
    • Pratique des m thodes d analyse de risque et de r solution de probl mes
    • Connaissances de base et un int r t fort pour la ma trise des risques (projets, industriels), la r glementation li e aux ICPE et le suivi de l impact environnemental d une usine (rejets eaux, atmosph riques)
    • Forte capacit d analyse, esprit de synth se, organisation, m thode
    • Qualit s relationnelles, qualit s de communication orale et crite, cr ativit , enthousiasme et motivation pour le travail en quipe
