• Prepare and maintain newnesstracker for respective category

• Ensurenewness is reviewed and ordered ontime

• Prepare data for UDA analysis andconduct initial level of checking to ensure no data entrygaps

• Support senior categorymanagement to prepare assortment and pricing architecture byanalyzing UDAs, competition benchmarks and Priceladders

• Analyze weekly and monthlysales, margins and inventory with the goal of optimizing sales andminimizing markdowns Requirements

• 3+years of product development and sourcing experience, for furnitureand home furnishing products preferred

•Ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial and ambiguousenvironment

• Strong analytical,commercial, and problem-solving skills, with a'hands-on' attitude and a focus on fastexecution

• Good sense for trends,creativity and a thorough understanding of customerneeds

• Strong communication skills andability to clearly communicate with differentstakeholders

• Ability to prioritizetasks and to balance immediate and long term needs of the businesswhile retaining agility to pivot asneeded
