Role Description
This role is for someone who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities, and building relationships. As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with leadership and creative teams to help grow the business, bring new ideas to the table, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships. You'll be part of a fast-moving, collaborative environment where learning, ownership, and growth are part of the journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and potential clients
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and idea-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals and creative solutions
- Support negotiations and commercial discussions alongside leadership
- Help manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Stay curious about market trends, brands, and influencer culture
- Represent the company with energy and professionalism in meetings and events
- Support smooth onboarding and handover once deals are closed
- Contribute ideas, insights, and momentum to the wider team
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- A proactive, curious, and relationship-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in a team environment
- Familiarity with the UAE market is a plus
