    Description
    Title: Supply Chain Analyst
    Location: Hartford, Connecticut
    Duration: 12 months
    Note: This is a Hybrid Position.

    Job Description:
    • Collaborate with IT team members to assemble and coordinate the procurement documentation packages for staff augmentation requests, software and hardware acquisitions; including planned upgrades and maintenance, ensure full funding for associated maintenance licenses, support application and systems life cycle activities, including through deployment and decommissioning.
    • Work with CJIS Finance dept. to coordinate invoices and timely processing through A/P.
    • Work with CJIS leadership to identify and define processes and overall flow for procurement paperwork, issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Help ensure timely delivery of technology products (hardware and software) within allocated budget and schedule; coordinate vendor quotes/research on system upgrades for CJIS team members who will determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems.
    • Coordinate contract review with appropriate legal functions within State government
    • Prepare cost comparisons of equipment and software considered for purchasing
    • Assist in technology policy, processes, and procedures for procurement documentation within the CJIS Team
    • Stays current on advancements in technology; identifies and assesses opportunities to improve processes for the benefit of internal users and stakeholders.
    • Other business operations tasks as assigned by senior staff-must be flexible and receptive to supporting with positive attitude.
    • Meet on-time and in full all SLAs for assigned responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain trusting stakeholder relationships across CJIS Operations, Business and Agency stakeholders
    • Represents CJIS with dignity, integrity, and a spirit of cooperation in all relationships with staff and the public.

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor s Degree with course work in STEM field, supply chain management, business, criminal justice or a closely related field; AND minimum two (2) years of professional-level experience in information systems administration or procurement; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience in public safety or public sector is desired. Certifications are desired (Supply Chain Management e.g. APICS, Lean six sigma, PMP etc)
    • Working knowledge of enterprise software and applications is desired.
    • Software procurement experience mandatory
    • Expert to advanced knowledge of excel, Examples include excel formulas and functions, conditional formatting of cells, data and charting. Custom charts, titles, visually appealing pie charts ,bar charts, best fit to curve with trendlines, Vlookup, pivot tables, subtotals, keyboard short cuts, simulation models, dashboards and automated templates. Takes initiative to join user groups and learn to improve skills without being prompted by leadership. Developer tab skills not anticipated. Having Linkedin certification in excel is a plus.
    • Experience with obtaining quotes following procedures
    • Vendor liaison
    • Creation of databases containing contracting and costing information
    • Record keeping principles and practices.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Performing administrative support in a highly detailed fashion including managing large spreadsheets with no error
    • Communicating effectively in oral and written forms.
    • Working with users, staff, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve procurement problems with paperwork and systems.
    • Training others in policies and procedures related to technology procurement and workflow
    • Proactively generate ways to streamline processes and deliver an improved customer experience
    • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
    • Establishing priorities, coordinating multiple activities, and meeting critical deadlines established by others.
    • Reading, interpreting, and formulating IT specifications and contracts.

    Title: Network Operations Center Engineer Location: Philadelphia PA. Client: City of Philadelphia Duration: 12 months Note: This is a Partially remote position. Position overview / Statement of Work This person will be responsible for training JR level technicians on NOC best practices and managing IT incidents and will play a crucial role in improving the overall IT Incident Management process/framework. Work activities: Evaluate the current state of OIT s ITCC processes Develop an action plan to address known process deficiencies Configure/design workflow templates to facilitate incident handling Monitor the incident queue to ensure tickets are being addressed Train technicians on processes and procedures Create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of new processes Skills/experience of the assigned staff: Required Strong facilitation, teamwork, influencing and interpersonal skills Excellent written and oral communications skills Ability to train users in the process and coach people in best practice Customer focused, passionate about the customer experience Familiarity with ITIL Incident Management IT Operations or Technical Support experience Highly Desired/Preferred IT Service Management experience Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, with experience working with Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management Broad experience of IT infrastructure and applications Experience working with SysAid (ticketing system)
