Description

Day to Day Operations

  • Manages day to day operations on assigned project. Includes receiving and reviewing handover reports, conducting am and pm briefings to supervisors and staff, and signing supervisors' logbooks. Carries out a daily tour to ensure that all areas are clean and meet agreed standards and carries out special client briefings as required. Receives and checks work order reports, receives, and follows up on customer complaints and ensures that pest control treatments are carried out on schedule. Ensures the collection and disposal of all materials from work locations. Updates MSDS file for all materials from central store, prepares job completion reports as per customer requests, prepares garbage tracking sheet, and ensures safe garbage disposal.
  • Ensures that plant and equipment in all areas under his supervision are maintained in full working condition including authorizing replacements within authority levels. Prepares daily and weekly plans.
  • Responsible for the profitability of the project.

Commercial Quotations

  • Prepares the commercial quotations for new or revised projects. This includes carrying out the measurement survey to determine labor hours, materials, and other costs, submitting draft for Director's approval and passing to customer. Follows up with customer and discusses their response to the quotation and final fees. Prepares preformatted contract, obtains Director's signature, and passes to customer for written approval/signature. Receives customer's Local Purchase Order (LPO) and prepares the internal Work Order.

Staff Matters

  • Controls all staff to ensure maximum utilization of resources and the maintenance of the best employee relations environment. This includes preparing and obtaining approval for annual vacation plan, arranging staff replacements, arranging orientation for new employees, providing new site briefings, and checking staff training records to ensure training is scheduled and executed, authorizing time sheets, and coordinating uniform laundry services and shoe issuance.
  • Prepares the yearly risk assessment for all staff tasks and passes to customer.
  • Arranges social events for staff on a regular basis.
  • Ensure TNA is done in an appropriate manner and should send training request to the training team when required.
  • Control attrition by motivating employees at work site.

Payments

  • Receives invoices prepared by Finance and passes to customer. Receives payment (cash/check in most cases) and passes to Finance. Follows up on overdue payments with customers and suggests to upper management in the company, where cessation of services should occur.

Materials and Machinery

  • Monitors and reports on materials consumption on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Receives and/or prepares materials requisitions for assigned projects. Checks and passes to Director for approval prior to forwarding to Materials Department. Coordinates the collection of materials and delivery to site. Keeps detailed records of stocks and usage.
  • Arranges with our company Technician and/or suppliers for the servicing or repair of machinery.

Reports

  • Prepares, distributes, discusses, and follows up on all daily/weekly/monthly and adhoc reports for assigned project. Such reports include monthly machinery reports, diesel reports (including justification of variances), inventory reports, operational and ladder reports. Conducts cleaning and quality audit, prepares, and submits report.
  • Send all the reports as per the process or request from office. should maintain proper records for P&L report
  • Responsible for ERP usage & data consistency maintained by the tam also accuracy be there in ERP data. Will be custodian of the ERP module, respectively.

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
