Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Officer

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
  • Source and attract toptier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements for the Position:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience(34 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types:

Salary:
AED7, AED8,000.00 per month
