_We are seeking for an experienced _HR & Administration Manager_._
- _Preferably Male_
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- UAE 4 years of experience working as a Human Resources Management, Administrator and Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role.
As an _
HR & Administration Manager_, you will be in charge to manage all human resources & administration related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance measurement, training, and personnel affairs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_
- Manages the human resources planning process to determine the Company's longterm staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs with Managing Director, prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs, and reviews human resources plans.
- Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions using job boards.
- Participates in interviews, selections, and recruitments of employees to fill vacant positions at the Company corporate office.
- Ensures that the Company's overall human resources policies, rules, regulations, and procedures comply with Saudi Labour Law.
- Directs and oversees all administration related activities.
- Designing, planning and executing recruitment and selection processes (e.g. conduct interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests, etc.).
Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month
