KeyResponsibilities

• Consistently offering friendly,professional, and proactive guest service over the phone andthrough text messaging.
• Take ownership of eachcall, respond to requests and answer questions while providingexceptional service.
• Handle and distributefaxes, voice messages and written messages for internal andexternal guests.
• Proudly promote the hotelfacilities, looking for opportunities to enhance aguest's stay through our amenities andservices.
• Promote our loyaltyprogram.
  

Qualifications

• Service focused personality isessential and previous experience working in a guest-serviceposition is preferred
• Computer savvy andworking proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationspreferred
• Written, verbal, and comprehensivefluency in English; additional languages are anasset
• Ability to work well under pressure in afast paced environment
• Must hold validauthorization to work in the USA
• Availabilityto work evenings, weekends, andholidays
