    Provide outstanding services and ensurecustomer satisfaction.

    Address customer concernsand complaints promptly andprofessionally.

    Respond to customer needs andrequests in a timely manner.

    Answer phoneswitchboards and transfer calls and takemessages.

    Manage incoming and outgoing mails andfaxes.

    Post charges to customers and handle cardand cash transactions.

    Plan and assign workloadsfor front office associates.

    Supervise associatesin their assigned job duties.

    Prepare operationaland financial records for Manager toreview.

    Identify resource requirements and manageresource allocations to ensure complete coverage and continuousavailability.

    Assist in hiring and trainingassociates in front office duties.

    Evaluate theperformance of associates and provide appropriatefeedback.

    Ensure associates follow companypolicies and operational procedures.

    Scheduleregular meetings to discuss about issues andupdates.

    Educate associates on safety, emergencyand security procedures.
