    Description

    CustomerCare & Administrative Duties

    • Manage all internal andexternal sales and marketing reported issues, negativeinteractions, and customer complaints.
    • Assistin providing in-services, training, and additional support foragencies, facilities, and all accounts underTWP.
    • Serve as a liaison between the clinicalsupervisor, clinicians, other departments, and externalcustomers.
    • Collaborate with administrativestaff to optimize clinical workflows, streamline processes, andimprove efficiency.
    • Participate in budgetplanning and resource allocation for the clinicaldepartment.
    • Identify metrics and formulatequarterly goals for the team to achieve.
    • Attendall required meetings for the Clinical Managerrole.
    • Submit progress reports monthly to theClinical Leadership team.
    • Commit toprofessional development and participate in departmental pilottesting of new products, projects, and programs.

    ATTRIBUTES NEEDED FORTHE ROLE

    • Bachelor's degree inhealthcare administration, health services administration, orsimilar.
    • Master's degree in a relatedfield preferred.
    • RN or, more significant,licensure. (Compact State License)
    • Wound CareCertification or intent to be certified within sixmonths.
    • Valid and unrestricteddriver's license.
    • Current BLScertification.
    • Strong communication, teamwork,and organizational skills.
    • Performanceexceeding expectations based on the last performancereview.

    What You Have AlreadyAchieved

    • Experience managing or supervisingclinicians in a healthcare facility (SNF, Hospice,etc.)
    • Ability to supervise and motivate clinicstaff to perform their dutiesefficiently.
    • Exceptional organizational skillsto ensure that quality services areprovided.
    • Knowledge of procuring supplies,equipment, and staff needed at theclinic.
    • Proficiency in managing budgets,billing, and negotiating with suppliers andvendors.
    • Competency with computer-basedhealthcare administration systems- MediXcelEMR.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills forliaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, aswell as the public.
    • Excellent written andverbal communication skills.
    • Technical aptitudewith the ability to adapt, learn quickly, and teachothers
    • Proficient use of MS Office Suite(particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Google Sheets, Google Docs,Google Drive, etc.
