Description
1. Answering inbound calls of applicants/Customers.- Call resolution by giving correct and timely information.
- Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner over the phone.
- Constantly updating self on product/process knowledge
- Promoting/upselling Value Added Services as per the set targets.
- Achieving monthly targets by up selling of services.
Other Requirements
- Working experience in products/services upselling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working Experience in sales/customer service for at least an year.
- Flexibility in working hours
- Should be a team player
- Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
- Should have Own visa (Freelance/ Spouse/ Family)
Salary:
AED3, AED3,250.00 per month
