Description
1. Answering inbound calls of applicants/Customers.


  • Call resolution by giving correct and timely information.
  • Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner over the phone.
  • Constantly updating self on product/process knowledge
  • Promoting/upselling Value Added Services as per the set targets.
  • Achieving monthly targets by up selling of services.

Other Requirements

  • Working experience in products/services upselling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Experience in sales/customer service for at least an year.
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Should be a team player
  • Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
  • Should have Own visa (Freelance/ Spouse/ Family)

Salary:
AED3, AED3,250.00 per month
