    Description

    Keyresponsibilities:

    • Design and develop data pipelines andETL processes using Google BigQuery, Informatica PowerCenter, andInformatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) to extract,transform, and load data from various sources into datawarehouses.
    • Collaborate with data architects,business analysts, and stakeholders to understand datarequirements, define data models, and design data integrationsolutions that meet business needs.
    • Implementdata quality checks, data profiling, and data cleansing processesto ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasources.
    • Optimize and tune data pipelines forperformance, scalability, and reliability, leveraging bestpractices and industry standards.
    • Develop andmaintain data warehouse schemas, data marts, and data models tosupport reporting, analytics, and business intelligence (BI)initiatives.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot dataintegration jobs, identify and resolve data processing issues, andimplement proactive monitoring and alertingmechanisms.
    • Document data integrationprocesses, data lineage, and metadata to support data governance,compliance, and regulatory requirements.
    • Stayupdated with emerging data technologies, tools, and trends, andevaluate and recommend new solutions to enhance data engineeringcapabilities.
    • Provide technical guidance,mentorship, and support to junior data engineers, fostering aculture of continuous learning and knowledgesharing.
    • Collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including data scientists, BI developers, and businessusers, to deliver end-to-end data solutions that drive businessinsights and decision-making.

    RequiredSkills:

    • Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Systems, or related field; Master'sdegree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years ofexperience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in Google BigQuery,Informatica PowerCenter, and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services(IICS).
    • Strong proficiency in SQL, datamodeling, and ETL development, with hands-on experience indesigning and implementing complex data integrationsolutions.
    • Solid understanding of datawarehousing concepts, data architecture principles, and datagovernance best practices.
    • Experience withcloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (Google CloudPlatform) or similar cloud environments is highlydesirable.
    • Excellent analytical,problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus ondelivering high-quality data solutions.
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams andstakeholders.
    • Relevant certifications inInformatica or Google Cloud technologies are aplus.
