Description

• Lead a crew in providing thecomplete range of slicklineservices.
• Accountable for onsite customersatisfaction.
• Work on a 60 days on, 30 days offrotation.
• Reviews the job design with theSlickline Supervisor / Engineer in Charge and confirms the jobpacket is ready and includes the proper equipment, resources andprocesses to achieve the job purpose.
• Must beexperienced in conducting slickline operations such as, but notlimited to running and pulling of plugs and gauges, fishingoperations, programming and running of electronic gauges, driftruns and other specialized slicklineservices.
• Confirms that Unit, Wireline PressureControl Equipment and downhole tools are ready, complete andcorrect for the job. Identifies any additional contingencies thatshould be provided for.
• Performs all aspect ofthe job in compliance with company management system (processes andprocedures.
• Applies technical knowledge tosolve anticipated situations, and consult with the Health, Safetyand Environment operations base department asneeded.
• Performs onsite emergencyunit/equipment maintenance asneeded.
• Demonstrates knowledge of pre and postjob product and service activities.
• Promotessafety awareness and environmental consciousness and ensurescompliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmentprocedures and regulations in his/her area ofresponsibility.
• Properly maintains assignedequipment and ensure compliances with safety regulations andprocedures.
• Interact with third parties whoseactivities could negatively impact slickline job execution processto assure proper coordination.
• Mentor andassess Assistant Operator.
