  • Strong Personality and Leadership skills

  • Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
  • A degree in operations management or business administration is a plus
  • Handson experience implementing operational processes
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role

  • Supervising and training employees
  • Analyzing and reporting on performance
  • Oversee efficiency of operational processes
  • Supervise Piano tech, Logistics coordinator, delivery team, and overall operations in logistics and warehouse
  • Handle customer escalation
  • Implement processes if needed
  • Manage sick, annual, grievances of the employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulation
  • Manage and supervise the planning and operations inside warehouse and logistics
  • Monitor the car maintenance of each drivers
