Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Beauty Therapy Trainer. The Beauty Therapy Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions in cosmetology, skincare and related beauty techniques. Key responsibilities include designing course materials, mentoring trainees, ensuring course objectives align with industry standards, and evaluating trainee progress. The role also involves staying updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide the highest level of training.
Qualifications
- Applicants must have held a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license for at least
three years
. - Expertise in Cosmetology, Skin Care, and related beauty therapy practices.
- Proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on communicating effectively with trainees and clients.
- Ability to design course content and effectively train aspiring beauticians and beauty professionals.
- Certification or licensure in Beauty Therapy or related fields, recognized by relevant governmental and international agencies.
- Proven experience in the beauty industry or as a beauty trainer.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
