    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset & BIM Manager to lead digital delivery, information management, and BIM implementation across a complex, large scale infrastructure programme.

    Key Requirements

    • Minimum 15 years of experience in BIM, digital engineering, or information management on major design and or construction projects

    • Proven experience developing and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and workflows

    • Strong knowledge of digital asset management, data governance, and common data environments

    • Must have held a similar Digital Asset, BIM Manager, or equivalent leadership role on at least one comparable project

    • Experience on technically complex, large scale infrastructure programmes is highly desirable

    • Middle East, particularly UAE experience, is a strong advantage

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead BIM implementation and digital delivery across the programme lifecycle

    • Establish and manage the Common Data Environment and information management processes

    • Oversee model coordination, data integration, and digital asset requirements

    • Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, protocols, and client requirements

    • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders on digital workflows

    • Support handover of accurate as built models and asset information

    Qualifications

    Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
