    Engage in market research inorder to identify new opportunities for sales and businessdevelopment.

    • Develops businessproposals for existing and new customers.
    • Setup and manage alliances with various Hospitals Medical CentersEmbassies Corporate etc.
    • Develop innovativestrategies for retainingpatients/alliances.
    • Perform analyticalpreparation for opportunities for potential growth for themanagement.
    • Acquire knowledge of the outsidemarket and competition in the healthcareindustry.
    • Ability to generate analysis andinsight based on facility and marketdata.
    • Generate new contacts and sales leads forthe hospital.
    • Performs other duties as requiredby the supervisor.
    • Leads collaborativepartnerships with physicians community based facilities andemployers that result in effective referral patterns and carecoordination.
    • Follow up on new and potentialbusiness opportunities.
    • Organize training andworkshop programs.
    • Implement marketingadvertising and promotion planning through attending events andexhibitions in the healthcare market locally andinternationally.
    • To help expand businesslocally and internationally and promote theClinic.
    • Demonstrates selfdirection creativityand sound judgment applicable to the position descriptionresponsibilities.
    • Maintains open communicationwith colleagues throughout the Clinic.
    • Minimumof 6 years experience in a customer service relatedindustry.
    • Experience in mentoring / coaching ina multicultural/multinationalenvironment.
    • Experience working in the privatesector preferably within a hospital.
    • Experiencein Healthcare sales preferred.
    • Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Business Development Education or related disciplinefrom a recognized educationalinstitute.
