Description
We are looking for a qualified Customer Executive who will offer excellent customer service support. The Customer Support Representative will ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Giving complete information to all walk in customers & telephonic inquiries regarding our procedures & services
  • Providing friendly consultation to assist customers to select training programs as per their eligible needs
  • Checking and verifying the required Documents.
  • Enter the details in company software for computerized registrations
  • Handling special requests proposed by customers
  • Navigate the customers to other departments ensuring a hasslefree service

Responsibilities:


  • Language Fluency: English (Arabic & Urudu will be an added advantage)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in UAE
  • Well proficient in MS Office Package

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month


Experience:

Customer Service Executive: 2 years (required)
