Description

Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads for facility management services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on facility management services
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to promote facility management services
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure successful service delivery
Stay uptodate with industry trends, technology, and regulations related to facility management
Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote facility management services

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field
Proven experience in technical sales for facility management services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong technical knowledge of facility management practices, including building maintenance, cleaning, and security
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Valid UAE driver's license

Salary Range - AED 9000 -AED 15,000
