Responsibilities:


  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for facility management services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on facility management services
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to promote facility management services
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance, to ensure successful service delivery
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, technology, and regulations related to facility management
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote facility management services

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical sales for facility management services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical knowledge of facility management practices, including building maintenance, cleaning, and security
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Valid UAE driver's license

Salary Range - AED 9000 -AED 15,000
