JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, analysing and collecting data to determine costs of business activities such as production, distribution, Manpower, Utilities etc.
  • Prepares costing reports to determine selling prices.
  • Creating New product codes and Incorporating recipes into the System.
  • Analyzing changes in existing product recipes, raw materials, processes to determine cost impact.
  • Analyzing actual production costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs and maintaining Cost Accounting System.
  • Preparation of production & wastage report on daily basis.
  • Maintains responsibility for routine Compilation of Production Costs, Inventory Accountability, Distribution of Factory Labour, Verification of actual costs and computation of Variances.
  • Recording Cost information for use in controlling expenditures
  • Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
  • Reconciles finished goods and Raw Material inventories in System.
  • Coordination with Production team, Quality, Finance, logistics & management

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 3 Years of cost Controller experience preferably in a food manufacturing environment
  • Must have a strong cost control background and have excellent analytical skills and understanding of Accounting Principles.
  • Ability to Accurately Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports.
