Job responsibilities:

• Work as part of and manage amultidisciplinary team across a range of industries to assistcompanies in better understand and develop solutions to respond tothe complex and evolving policy, regulatory, and businessenvironment risks and opportunities associated with CorporateSustainability and ESG.
• Review/analyzecorporate activities and provide recommendations related to enhancetheir sustainability/ESG strategy, methods, framework, and relatedtools to support clients in achieving their sustainability/ ESGobjectives.
• Manage the review and developmentof sustainability/ESG programs and related reporting, such asmateriality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement,gap analysis, metric/KPI identification (in alignment with commonsustainability/ESG reporting standards such as GRI), and thepreparation of reporting (internal and external)materials.
• Manage engagement teams performingfieldwork, including project management, client management, reviewof analysis, work papers and reports andpresentations.
• Manage client relationships,business development efforts, and drafting thought leadership, aswell as internal collateral and pieces of training onsustainability and ESG topics; work closely, but independently,under the direction of team leadership.
• Supportclients in their ESG-Decarbonization digitaltransformation
• Overall management of projects,ensuring quality and liaising with internal and externalstakeholders and manage budgets.
• Coach juniorteam members to develop new skills, monitor their performance,support their development and help manage their careergrowth.
• Proficiency in public speaking,including the ability to present at client workshops and leadclient conversations.
• Experience in supportinga team in developing, growing, leading, and inspiring strong teamswith a relationship building managementstyle
• Ability to quickly learn concepts outsideof your area of expertise.

Education, Qualifications AndSkills Required

• Bachelor's degree inrelevant field like engineering, energy, ESG, sustainability orsimilar
• 7+ years of previous relevant workexperience
• Experience with sustainabilityconsulting is required (including sustainability strategy,reporting and impact measurement)
• Deepunderstanding to the global, regional and local ESG/Sustainabilityand Decarbonization standards for example but not limited to GRI,SASB, TCFD etc
• Deep understanding ofsustainable finance
• EHS ManagementSystems
• Social Return on Investment (SROI) orequivalent
• Social & EnvironmentalImpact Assessment.
