Le Superviseure aura la responsabilit de la cration, l implantation et le suivi d un plan de maintenance complet.La personne a aussi l enti re responsabilit des quipes de travailqui sont responsables de la s ret , de l entretien m nager ainsique de g rer tous les contrats des entrepreneurs externes pour lentretien pr ventif et correctif du b timent (m canique, lectrique,plomberie, etc.).

    Ceque tuferas:
    • Assurerle bon fonctionnement des syst mes de s curit (alarme, incendie,extincteurs) et la maintenance et installations des quipements desimmeubles;
    • Mettre enuvre des plans d entretien et de r parations et anticiper les problmespotentiels;
    • Gre le budget et les d penses reli s la maintenance, suret immobilire, infrastructures et s curit
    • G re lensemble des op rations du service de s ret , soit la s ret de noslieux, mais aussi un suivi des alarmes et premiers r pondants dansles cas d urgence (physique ou blessures ou lies)
    • Fairela gestion et le suivi des inventaires d entretien m nager, demaintenance et de sant et s curit
    • Voir lamise en uvre des services et des contrats d entretien ext rieurs etintrieurs

    Quitues
    • Baccalaurat requis en gestion des installations, en ing nierie, en gestiondes op rations ou dans un domaine connexe, ou dipl me d tude collgiale avec exp rience de travail pertinente.
    • Exp rienceminimale de 5 ans dans un poste de supervision de la maintenance,de l entretien et s ret dans une grande entreprise avec des btiments d envergure (50,000 et+)
    • Capacitde cr er et pr senter un plan de maintenance avec les budgets affrents.

    Therole


    SupervisorMaintenance, Infrastructure and Security ensure the maintenance andupkeep of all company facilities and their safety. They will beresponsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring a completemaintenance plan. They also have full responsibility for the workteams that are responsible for safety, housekeeping, and managingall external contractors contracts for preventive and correctivemaintenance of the building (mechanical, electrical, plumbing,etc.).

    Whatyou willdo:
    • Ensurethe proper functioning of security systems (alarm, fire, fireextinguishers) and the maintenance and installation of buildingequipment
    • Implementmaintenance and repair plans and anticipate potentialissues
    • Managethe budget and expenses related to maintenance, building safety,infrastructure andsecurity
    • Managesall the operations of the security service, i.e. the safety of ourpremises, but also a follow-up of alarms and first responders inthe event of an emergency (physical orinjury).
    • Manageand track housekeeping, maintenance and health and safetyinventories
    • Ensurethe implementation of external and internal maintenance servicesandcontracts
    • Ensurecompliance with the terms and conditions provided for in theleases, including requests for alterations and improvements on ourpart
    • Monitorthe effectiveness of security initiatives as well as the follow-upof events andinvestigations
    • Responsiblefor fire prevention for all facilities and management ofinfrastructure-relatedemergencies;
    • Ensuresthe deadline and compliance with regulations and laws (safety,building, environment, Health andSafety)
    • Responsiblefor inspections in the form of quality audits; and respondingthrough various controlsoftware

    Whatyou need tohave
    • RequiredBachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, OperationsManagement or a related field, or College Diploma with relevantwork experience
    • Minimum 5years of experience in a maintenance, maintenance and safetysupervision position in a large company with large buildings(50,000 and+)
    • Abilityto create and present a maintenance plan with relatedbudgets
    • Beavailable 24/7 to rectify emergencysituations
    • Mandatorybilingualism (French and English)
    • Available for travel(negotiation, repair, audit and safetyfile)
