    Le r le


    Superviseur Maintenance, Infrastructure et S curit s assure du maintien et de l entretien de toutes les installations de l entreprise ainsi que de la s ret de ceux-ci. Le Superviseure aura la responsabilit de la cr ation, l implantation et le suivi d un plan de maintenance complet. La personne a aussi l enti re responsabilit des quipes de travail qui sont responsables de la s ret , de l entretien m nager ainsi que de g rer tous les contrats des entrepreneurs externes pour l entretien pr ventif et correctif du b timent (m canique, lectrique, plomberie, etc.).

    Ce que tu feras:
    • Assurer le bon fonctionnement des syst mes de s curit (alarme, incendie, extincteurs) et la maintenance et installations des quipements des immeubles;
    • Mettre en uvre des plans d entretien et de r parations et anticiper les probl mes potentiels;
    • G re le budget et les d penses reli s la maintenance, suret immobili re, infrastructures et s curit
    • G re l ensemble des op rations du service de s ret , soit la s ret de nos lieux, mais aussi un suivi des alarmes et premiers r pondants dans les cas d urgence (physique ou blessures ou li es)
    • Faire la gestion et le suivi des inventaires d entretien m nager, de maintenance et de sant et s curit
    • Voir la mise en uvre des services et des contrats d entretien ext rieurs et int rieurs
    • Faire respecter les modalit s pr vues aux bails, incluant les demandes de transformations et am nagements de notre part
    • Surveille l efficacit des initiatives concernant la s ret ainsi que le suivi des v nements et enqu tes
    • Responsable de la pr vention des incendies pour toutes les installations et la gestion des situations d urgence li es aux infrastructures
    • Assure l ch ance et le respect des r glementations et des lois (s curit , b timent, environnement, Sant et S curit )
    • Responsable des inspections sous forme d audit qualit ; et r pondre par le biais de divers logiciels de contr le

    Qui tu es
    • Baccalaur at requis en gestion des installations, en ing nierie, en gestion des op rations ou dans un domaine connexe, ou dipl me d tude coll giale avec exp rience de travail pertinente.
    • Exp rience minimale de 5 ans dans un poste de supervision de la maintenance, de l entretien et s ret dans une grande entreprise avec des b timents d envergure (50,000 et +)
    • Capacit de cr er et pr senter un plan de maintenance avec les budgets aff rents.
    • tre disponible 24/7 pour rectifier les situations urgentes ;
    • Bilinguisme obligatoire (fran ais et anglais);
    • Disponible pour le d placement (n gociation, r paration, Audit et dossier s curit ).

    The role


    Supervisor Maintenance, Infrastructure and Security ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities and their safety. They will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring a complete maintenance plan. They also have full responsibility for the work teams that are responsible for safety, housekeeping, and managing all external contractors contracts for preventive and corrective maintenance of the building (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

    What you will do:
    • Ensure the proper functioning of security systems (alarm, fire, fire extinguishers) and the maintenance and installation of building equipment
    • Implement maintenance and repair plans and anticipate potential issues
    • Manage the budget and expenses related to maintenance, building safety, infrastructure and security
    • Manages all the operations of the security service, i.e. the safety of our premises, but also a follow-up of alarms and first responders in the event of an emergency (physical or injury).
    • Manage and track housekeeping, maintenance and health and safety inventories
    • Ensure the implementation of external and internal maintenance services and contracts
    • Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions provided for in the leases, including requests for alterations and improvements on our part
    • Monitor the effectiveness of security initiatives as well as the follow-up of events and investigations
    • Responsible for fire prevention for all facilities and management of infrastructure-related emergencies;
    • Ensures the deadline and compliance with regulations and laws (safety, building, environment, Health and Safety)
    • Responsible for inspections in the form of quality audits; and responding through various control software

    What you need to have
    • Required Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field, or College Diploma with relevant work experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance, maintenance and safety supervision position in a large company with large buildings (50,000 and +)
    • Ability to create and present a maintenance plan with related budgets
    • Be available 24/7 to rectify emergency situations
    • Mandatory bilingualism (French and English)
    • Available for travel (negotiation, repair, audit and safety file)
