Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team to execute on marketing plans and achieve KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
  • Use knowledge of the real estate industry to provide market insights and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to marketing operations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and current trends.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Experience:

Real Estate Marketing: 4 years (preferred)
