The Sales Executive for the Lubricant Business Unit plays a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and market share for our lubricant products in Dubai and the surrounding regions.

This position involves prospecting new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets to maximize profitability and business growth


Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:


  • Identify and prioritize potential clients in the automotive, industrial, and commercial sectors for lubricant products.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement targeted prospecting strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their lubricant requirements, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
  • Conduct regular meetings and site visits with clients to assess needs, provide product recommendations, and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical expertise, product support, and solutions to optimize lubricant performance and efficiency.

Sales Strategy Execution:


  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives for lubricant products.
  • Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals and agreements.

Market Analysis and Reporting:


  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats in the lubricant market.
  • Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to assess sales performance, profitability, and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management for optimizing sales strategies, pricing strategies, and product offerings.

Customer Satisfaction and Retention:


  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication, timely delivery, and quality service.
  • Address customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, resolving conflicts and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Implement customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programs or valueadded services, to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.

Job Types:

Salary:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month


Experience:

- sales in lubricants and chemicals: 1 year (required)
- as sales executive: 1 year (required)


Language:

- either French, Spannish, Malay, Russian (required)
