    TheSenior Service Technicians responsible for building long-termrelationships with customers, work closely with customers, andacting as an all-round business consultant to identify how ourClient can assist in improving the effectiveness and quality ofproducts through preventative maintenance and care.

    DutiesandResponsibilities:

    • Achievingsalestargets
    • Maintainand develop strong relationships with existingcustomers
    • Buildrelationships with customers to develop new business by analyzingtheirneeds
    • Reportingon activities, planners, forecasts, competitors info, install baseand databasemaintenance
    • Frequentassessments & equipment validation in hospital wards andother medicalfacilities
    • Liaiseclosely with customers and manage expectations on servicespending
    • Qualifybusiness potential customers and execute plansefficiently
    • In-servicetraining and product education on all productssold
    • Providingcustomers with solutions to extend the life span of theirequipment
    • Promoteextended warranties, Service level agreements and plannedpreventative maintenanceplans
    • Maintaingood track records on existing service level agreements andextendedwarranties
    • Providemarket activity updates and business growthopportunities
    • Createnew business ideas andstrategies
    • RepresentClient at trade exhibitions, symposiums, events anddemonstrations
    • Liaisewith operations department to check on the progress of existingorders
    • Liaisewith customer services on all quotes and orderspending
    • Buildstrong relationships withtechnicians
    • Communicateeffectively with the technicians to manage executiontasks
    • Keepa strong follow up on all openquotes
    • Keepup to date with Client productknowledge
    • Tracksales and order processmanagement
    • Validateassessment reports andquotes
    • Submitweekly planners and update daily reports on tasks completed withrelevant outcome and/or actionsneeded
    • Forecasting/pipelinemanagement
    • Presentationsand customerproposals


    Requirements

    Skills&Qualifications:

    • Grade12 or
    • Salesand technical tertiary qualification would bepreferred
    • Atleast 3-5 years work experience in a similar role, with provensales track
    • Agood understanding of Government and private hospital relations isessential
    • CustomerService Orientated andfocused
    • Validdriver s license and reliable ownvehicle
    • Abilityto workindependently
    • Availableto work outside of normal office hours, as per customerrequirements
    • Adhoctravel and visits to regionalprovinces

    Skills & Qualifications: Grade 12 or Sales and technicaltertiary qualification would be preferred At least 3-5 years workexperience in a similar role, with proven sales track A goodunderstanding of Government and private hospital relations isessential Customer Service Orientated and focused Valid driver slicense and reliable own vehicle Ability to work independentlyAvailable to work outside of normal office hours, as per customerrequirements Adhoc travel and visits to regionalprovinces
