Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visually appealing instore displays to attract and engage customers.
- Collaborate with the VM and marketing team to ensure consistency between visual displays and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update visual standards to reflect changes in merchandise assortments and seasonal promotions.
- Arrange and organize store layouts to optimize traffic flow and enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the sales team to ensure adequate stock is available for display.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and incorporate innovative visual merchandising techniques.
- Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role.
- Strong creative and artistic abilities.
- Knowledge of current fashion and design trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detailoriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is a plus.
