Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Business Development Manager | Events Management to join our dynamic event management company in the Dubai.


As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding our client base in the region.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors.
  • Analyze data to develop effective strategies for business growth and market penetration.
  • Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase our event management capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties while adhering to company policies and profit margins.
  • Collaborate closely with the event management team to ensure smooth handover and successful execution of projects.

Requirements:


  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in event management within the UAE region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Resultoriented with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- business development manager: 5 years (required)

  • Business Development in Events Management company: 2 years (required)
