Job summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the overall brand marketing and communications strategy for our development portfolio from open house events and off-plan launches to handover. The role is responsible for driving demand strengthening brand positioning and ensuring every project is presented with a compelling story across all channels.Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for all real estate projects from pre-launch to post-handover.
- Build and manage the monthly or annual marketing plan and budget ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns.
