    Description

    MandatoryRequirements:

    • 4-yearcollege degree or equivalent technicalstudy
    • Proven experience leading and managinginnovative teams of highly technical professionals 15+ years inprivacy, security, or a related field
    • One ormore Information Security Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM,CCSP, GSLC, GSEC, CISA
    • Strong experience indeveloping cybersecurity roadmap andstrategy
    • Demonstrate clear and concise writing,and verbal skills to communicate complex issues and solutions insimple terms to all levels of theorganization
    • Strong experience in cybersecuritystrategic planning, NIST compliance, CMMC or CMMI maturitymodels
    • Strong experience in Program Managementor experience planning and leading a team to achieve a technicalgoal.
    • Demonstrated experience withcollaborating in a highly matrixed environment which involvesmultiple internal and external stakeholders to gather data thatenables prioritization and action
    • Experiencewith developing key metrics reports, tracking project, developcorrective action project plans as required Experience withdeveloping key metrics reports, tracking project, developcorrective action project plans asrequired
    • Excellent analytical, projectmanagement and organizational skills with a keen attention todetail.
    • Solid analytical/problem-solving skillswith the ability to identify solutions to unusual and complexproblems.
