Job summary

Handle and control agency middle office support activities to ensure smooth workflow Maintain accurate recordkeeping for all loan agency events Monitor borrowing status prepare new borrowings rollovers rate settings conversions repayments and prepayments Act as the primary coordinator for clients lenders and business partners for agency and arranger facilities Support preparation of reports audit confirmations and other related documentation Liaise with Loan Agency business units external customers agency back office and internal stakeholders Ensure timely execution and delivery of all operational and administrative tasks Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with established guidelines Support issue resolution and foster effective communication between all involved parties
