    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Administer medication and assist withpatient therapies as directed byphysicians
    • Monitor and record patient vitalsigns, including temperature, heart rate, and bloodpressure
    • Provide compassionate care andemotional support to patients and theirfamilies
    • Collaborate with other healthcareprofessionals to create and implement patient careplans
    • Perform diagnostic tests and procedures,such as collecting samples and conductingscreenings
    • Assist in the development andimplementation of nursing policies andprocedures
    • Educate patients and families aboutmedication, treatments, and self-caretechniques
    • Ensure accurate and timelydocumentation of patient careactivities
    • Maintain a clean and safeenvironment for patients and staff, adhering to infection controlprotocols
    • Respond to emergencies and provideimmediate medical care as needed

    Requirements

    • Valid nursing license andregistration
    • Bachelor's degree inNursing or equivalent
    • Proven experience as aGeneral Nurse in a healthcare setting
    • Excellentknowledge of medical terminology andprocedures
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to remain calm andfocused in stressful situations
    • Attention todetail and strong problem-solvingskills
    • Familiarity with electronic medicalrecords systems
    • Ability to work independentlyand as part of a team
    • Willingness to stayup-to-date with new advancements in nursing techniques andpractices
    • Availability to work flexible hours,including weekends and holidays
