    Description
    • Lead on the development andexecution of comprehensive sustainability strategies in alignmentwith corporate objectives including social and environmentalaspects.
    • Identify key opportunitiesspecifically in the environmental aspect to promoteinnovation.
    • Improve current environmentalpractices by developing internal team capacity building andknowledge.
    • Drive sustainability projects frominitiation to completion, collaborating with various teams toensure successful implementation and alignment with market businessobjectives and sustainability agenda.
    • Identifyand track progress of objective key results (OKRs) towardssustainability goals as well as support the Director ofSustainability in the management of the sustainabilityteam.
    • Monitor key sustainability projecttimelines, budgets, and outcomes supporting the Director ofSustainability by making recommendations asnecessary.
    • Foster strong relationships withinternal and external stakeholders including relevant regional andlocal sustainability organizations and groups to establish projectrelevancy and support.
    • Research and analyzeindustry trends and benchmarks to identify best practicesespecially associated with advancing the environmentalsustainability strategy.
    • Oversee the collectionand analysis of the impact of sustainability projects to ensure atrack record of learnings and as a result develop playbooks for thelocal market to apply.
    • Support in maintainingcompliance across relevant sustainability standards, regulations,and industry best practices by working with Delivery Hero andtalabat stakeholders.
    • Support in developinginternal sustainability initiatives on engaging and educatingemployees on sustainability practices and their role in achievingcorporate sustainabilitygoals.

    What are welooking for: (Core Qualifications &Experience)

    • Education:Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science,or a related field. A Master's degree will be anadvantage.
    • Experience: Proven experience (5years) in sustainability roles, preferably within the corporateworld.
    • Impact- Driven: Proven track record ofsuccessfully developing and implementing sustainability strategieswith measurable results.
    • Field Knowledge:Strong understanding of ESG principles, reporting frameworks (e.g.,GRI, SASB), and relevant industry standards. GRI Certification isan advantage.
    • Exceptional Communication& Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills as well experience in designing and creatingpresentations.
    • Strategic Thinker: Ability tothink strategically, develop sustainability plans, and executeinitiatives that align with businessgoals.
    • Collaborative Team Player: Adept atworking in cross-functional teams and fostering collaborationacross departments.
