    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the forex trading market.
    Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling networking and referrals.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats in the forex trading industry.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials campaigns and events to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.

    Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients explaining the benefits and features of our forex trading platform and services.
    Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to the company and aligned with regulatory requirements.
    Monitor client accounts and trading activity providing support and guidance as needed to ensure a positive trading experience.
    Stay updated on market developments regulatory changes and industry best practices related to forex trading and sales.
    Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities pipeline management and performance metrics for management review.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field. Additional certifications in sales or finance are a plus.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in forex trading sales or business development within the financial services industry.
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
    Strong understanding of forex trading products platforms and market dynamics.
    Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment with a resultsoriented mindset.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
    Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
