- Lead business interactions with shareholders, governmental entities and third parties, ensuring regular reporting is provided as requested.
- Oversee and execute all activities related to the Executive Committee meetings, including the development and delivery of materials required for each meeting, coordination of logistics, proceedings, and action items follow up.
- Manage budgeting, accountability, planning, and execution of the Corporate Planning function.
- Compile, consolidate, and prepare internal and external weekly highlights, providing analysis and insights on key trends and performance indicators.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats (SWOT) to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee the review of internal business intelligence, including quality, timeliness, service orientation, and other characteristics of current and planned projects, providing guidance and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Project Management, Economics, Management Information System, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 9+ years of relevant experience with knowledge of Ship & Rig Building industry.
- Additional professional qualification and/or certification is a plus.
- Full proficiency in English is a must with Arabic language as an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, planning, organizational, numerical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of joint venture contractual agreements, internet data mining and taxation regimes.
- Competence in applicable software and systems.
