    As a Junior Document Controller, you will be part of the Document Control Department.

    You will support the setup, implementation, and monitoring of document management activities, ensuring that project documentation is properly registered, distributed, monitored, and archived according to company procedures, client requirements, and contractual obligationsHow can you support us?Support the organization and logistic analysis of the project, including the analysis of all involved entities.

    Assist in defining the Project Document Management Process and setup of project progress and monitor the Client Approval Process and document submissions.

    Support in organizing and managing the Final Project Documents Handover to the Client.
    Ensure compliance with Document Management Methodology, Procedures, and reporting requirements.


    What are we looking for?Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related fieldBackground: Initial experience in Document Control, Document Management, or similar administrative/project support roles, preferably within EPC, Oil & Gas, or large-scale infrastructure projects

    Technical Knowledge:
    Knowledge of Document Management systems (e.g., EDMS, SharePoint, Aconex). Understanding of workflows, approval cycles, and reporting tools. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
