    Description
    As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities include greeting guests, providing information about the attraction, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the reception area.
    • Greet visitors upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
    • Provide information about the tourist attraction, including exhibits, events, and any special promotions.
    • Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and any other inquiries
    • Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
    • Provide accurate information regarding opening hours, admission fees, and general attraction details.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
    • Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash reports.
    • Assist in managing reservations and coordinating group visits.
    • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
    • Collect and document visitor feedback to help improve the overall guest experience.
    • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
    • Assist in promoting and coordinating special events or promotions.
    • Monitor the entrance area to ensure the security of the attraction.
    • Follow established protocols for emergency situations and report any incidents promptly.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a suitable field
    • Prior, proven experience as a receptionist or in related field preferred
    • Must have Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic, plus any other language
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.x
    • Proficiency in using basic computer software and office equipment.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
