    Title Senior Furniture Designer

    Leading in design and interior architecture with strongholds in both the UK and US, our client commands beautiful spaces within residential, hospitality and maritime sectors. Working with customers globally they produce contemporary, liveable projects informed by an experienced founder s vision.

    Due to recent project acquisition, this company is demanding experienced technical designers as part of ongoing team expansion. A result of a broadened client portfolio and manufacturing capabilities.

    Responsibilities, but are not limited to
    • Ownership of projects conceptualised by design team to convert to client proposals including collateral such as CAD Models & 3D Visualization
    • Design development from sketches into highly detailed 3D Models and presentation renderings
    • Management of bespoke furniture team with collaboration of another team leader and other business figureheads
    • Analysis of drawings, sketches and general ideation for wider delegation of technical tasks such as 3D modelling, visualization or manufacture

    Experiences required
    • Minimum 4 years experience in furniture design with preference in bespoke project work
    • Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD and SketchUp. Cinema4D, Rhino or SolidWorks experience beneficial
    • Ability to develop designs from sketches into detailed 3D models and presentations with strong understanding of production processes
    • Capable of producing/reading technical and architectural drawings with excellent attention to detail
    • Expected time management delivering work appropriately and to the highest standard
    • A genuine passion for new materials, textures as well as broad spectrum in creative disciplines
