Job summary

We are looking for a Senior Partner Account Manager — GSI & Tech Alliances (AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow) to grow Genesys business in Middle East (GCC). While the role is initially opened in Dubai, there is flexibility for it to be based in Riyadh.

Own and grow the Genesys business with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and the Technology Alliances (AWS, Salesforce, and ServiceNow) across the region. Build deep,
multi-level alignment (sales,
pre-sales,/delivery,/executive)
and drive awareness,
enablement,pipeline,
and bookings.

This position requires 7–10+ years
in alliances/partner sales with GSIs
and/or major ISVs (e.g.
AWS,Salesforce(ServiceNow).

  • Enterprise SaaS sales/co-sell mechanics/pipeline creation.
  • Value selling/competitive positioning.
  • Executive communication/stakeholder management.
