General Responsibilities

  • Always maintain a clean and tidy working environment to please everyone and for hygiene reason
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedure
  • Take any guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management
  • Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
  • Minimize wastages and refrain from misusing hotel items
  • Check and report any maintenance work required immediately and any damages or missing items to the Supervisor
  • Handle all issues pertaining to Lost & Found

Requirements:


  • Handle and operate of all types of machines, equipment in the laundry operation
  • Stand and walk for long hours
  • Frequent bending, lifting, stretching, pushing, pulling and carrying weights
  • Understand the job and has passion for it
  • Customer oriented

Experience:

- at least 2 years hotel housekeeping (required)


Language:


  • English fluently (required)
