Trophy Stays is currently seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Assistant General Manager.

This pivotal position requires someone adept at steering and overseeing all facets of our Holiday Homes division, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the growth and development of the Holiday Homes department.
  • Monitor targets and business strategies to drive success.
  • Stay abreast of evolving legislative landscapes, proactively identifying avenues for improvement.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients, corporate entities, and strategic partners.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training for new team members.
  • Optimize lease management processes to maximize occupancy and returns.
  • Implement performance metrics and analyze outcomes to enhance productivity.
  • Maintain the accuracy of our Holiday Homes CRM and occupancy statistics.
  • Uphold rigorous corporate governance standards.

Skills and Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Dubai real estate market, including 2 years in senior management.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.


Salary:
From AED10,000.00 per month
