    • Client RelationshipManagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with keyclients, partners, and stakeholders in the automotiveindustry.
    • Collaborate with the marketing teamto identify and nurture potential leads and partnerships. Ensureexceptional customer satisfaction through effective communicationand problem-solving.
    • Sales Operations andForecasting: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, andfinancial objectives. Implement sales processes, CRM tools, andreporting mechanisms to track and analyze salesperformance.
    • Regularly report on sales metricsand progress toward targets to the executiveteam.
    • Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings, stayingup-to-date with industry advancements, and effectively conveyingthis knowledge to the salesteam.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments such as product development,marketing, and operations to ensure alignment in delivering aseamless customer experience.
    • Provide inputinto product development based on market demands and customerfeedback.
    • Budget Management: Manage the salesbudget, allocating resources effectively to support salesinitiatives and maximize ROI.
    • Team Management:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providingguidance and leadership to maximize their potential.Set clearperformance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, andimplement sales incentive programs to motivate and retain toptalent.

    Profile/Requirements

    • Bachelor'sdegree in business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field(MBA preferred).
    • Proven track record of successin senior sales leadership roles within the automobile or electriccar industry.
    • Strong understanding of marketdynamics, customer behavior, and industrytrends.
    • Exceptional leadership andteam-building skills with a history of developing high-performingsales teams.
    • Excellent communication,negotiation, and interpersonalabilities.
    • Ability to think strategically, makedata-driven decisions, and adapt to changing marketconditions.
    • Deep passion for and knowledge ofthe automobile/electric carindustry.
