    Job Title:RPA BusinessAnalyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Analysebusiness processes identify automation opportunities define RPAvalue proposition reengineer process to improve automationpotential and recommend RPA approach/strategy
    • Develop Detail AsIs Process Description PDD(Process Description Document) Detail ToBe
    • Automated Process Description SDD (SolutionDesign Document)
    • Conduct RPA High LevelAssessments
    • Develop RPA client architectureand solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility
    • Develop high level project plans forimplementation projects
    • Provides continuousupdates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during projectdelivery
    • The position has responsibility forclient facing requirements gathering to capture asis process andmap tobe process vision.
    • Identifyingautomation opportunities detailed documentation and capture oftesting scenarios and enablers and articulating them to the clientfor further analysis and documentation.
    • Therole involves collaborating across project team members andsupporting activities such as test planning and working on UAT withthe client.
    • Running workshops with client SMEsto understand the endtoend process while identifying any automationblockers and the suitability of the process for automation.
    • Calculate automation % and FTE benefit andbuild effort estimates Present and document summary of findings tothe client and walk them through tobe design of the automatedprocess.
    • Provide outputs for weekly duediligence updates with the client.
    • Support inadditional key project testing activities such as test planningtest strategy and UAT execution with the client Understanding therisks assumptions and dependencies associated with the process.
    • Work closely with development team to ensurerequirements are accurately mapped and suitable for development.
    • Ongoing monitor of benefits realised as partof the deliverys and recommend optimisations to improve automationefficiencies

    Experience/skillsRequired

    • Overall 45experience as Business/System Analyst with minimum 23 years in RPAdomain
    • Work closely with development team toensure requirements are accurately mapped and suitable fordevelopment.
    • Good communication (verbal& written) ability to produce clear accurate documentation& stake holder management skills
    • Ongoing monitor of benefits realised as partof the deliverys and recommend optimisations to improve automationefficiencies
    • Experience of RequirementsCapturing to support a Robotic Process Automation (RPA)implementation
    • Proven exposure to UserAcceptance Test Management
    • Proven abilitywithin Business Process Documentation / ReDesign
    • Attention to detail & havedemonstrated capability problem solved & creatingenhancement of business process.
    • Acting as acentral point of knowledge & control for business processescommunicated with the developers & subject matter experts& business process owners to resolve any queries that ariseduring development &testing.
