General Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into datadriven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency optimization through data analysis.
  • Analyze complex data and support stakeholders of the medical underwriting team to drive business performance.
  • Assist in the development of predictive models and statistical analyses to support risk assessment and underwriting processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and Insurance analytics.
  • Identify datarelated issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and develop timely and effective solutions to enhance data and reporting quality.
  • Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources within the insurance domain.

Requirements:


  • Must have bachelor's degree in Data science, Mathematics, Statistics.
  • Proven 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in the Insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of Insurance concepts, terminologies, and processes.
  • Proficient with Excel, VBA, Power Query, and SQL, and experienced in effectively using data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
