    Description
    • Degree educated, preferably in afinance-based discipline
    • Working towardsqualification, with Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), orother similar.
    • Good understanding of Treasurysystems, processes, products andinstruments.
    • Numerate and computer literate(strong Microsoft Office skills).
    • Goodanalytical skills and high level of accuracy inexecution.
    • Able to independently deliverassigned projects.
    • Good inter-personal skillsand the cultural sensitivity to deal with geographically diversegroups.
    • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills required to work with business unit financeteams, banks and other external providers.
    • Ableto work well individually as well as part of ateam.
    • Good understanding of risks, controls,and processes.
    • Sense of professionalism,customer service and delivery againstexpectations.
    • 3+ years relevant treasuryexperience within an internationalcompany.
    • Experience in daily cash management,cash settlement and intragroup financing processes within a globalcorporation.
    • Experience in financial modellingand Treasury data analysis.
    • Experience inTreasury internal and external reporting.
    • Fairexposure to FX risk management (risk assessment and dealexecution).
    • Fair exposure to a broad range ofcash/investment management products andmarkets.
    • Fair exposure to guarantees managementprocesses within a globalcorporation.
    • Intermediate experience withTreasury continuous improvement projects.
    • Ableto act in accordance with the Treasury policies andprocedures.
    • Able to make routine decisionswhile executing transactions approved bysupervisors.
    • Able to influence decisionsaffecting Treasury solutions, policies andprocesses.
    • Able to interpret data to providevalue adding line management information.
    • Ableto succinctly explain variances and fluctuations inperformance.
