    The Role
    We are looking for a Real EstateAgent with a passion for helping people find their dream home orperfect properties for investments. This job offer is for peoplewho can work on a commission basis only no basic salary. Life atEdge Realty: 50% ontime payment for Commission and attractivecommission structure Interesting rewards and bonuses for topperformers monthly quarterly and yearly Lead generation andMarketing support Administration Compliance & CRM supportPhotography and Videography support RERA card Access to alldeveloper companies including their events Multiple team buildingsand gatherings Employment Visa provided by the Company Annual Leaveplus all UAE National days Responsibilities: Respond to leads ontime and do followup to convert to appointments and track allclient updates using a database system. Look for properties thatmeet Clients requirement and schedule viewings to close the deal.Stay up to date with the real estate market and the home buying andrenting process. Write and submit offers on behalf of clientseffectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process toclose.

    Requirements
    • Dubai Real Estate Experience for atleast 1 year Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills strong sales mentality andnegotiating ability. Candidates must be organized resourcefuldetailoriented with a friendly focus on customer service. Abilityto work independently. Presentable with a professional image.Driving license and own car
